You want to get into meditation but don't know where to start?
Here are 3 tips from our coach Daphne.

Here is an easy routine by our coach Daphne, to stretch your back.It'll especially help with lumbar and sciatica issues:
You want to build your meditation habit but you find it hard to relax or you don't know how to? You may try one of these 3 tips to include movement in your meditating time!
1/ Color in mandalas
You can play relaxing music in doing so. Close your eyes, take 3 deep breaths, open your eyes as you breathe out and start color in from the outside towards the center.
2/ Walk barefoot on the grass
Make your right heel touch your left toes, then your left heel touches your right toes and so on. Try to do this as slowly as possible and only focus on staring at your feet.
3/ Do an activity that makes you feel zen
Knitting, sewing, drawing ,painting, gardening... find a relaxing activity; just be , just do and concentrate on your task. The repetition of movements will help pushing thoughts away .
Wanna try meditation techniques? Start with simple steps. It's better to have small objectives first & to build confidence and satisfaction.
Here are 4 exercices you can do, to get familiar with meditation. You can sit or lie down: it's up to you.
Begin with 5 minutes a day ,for example, and increase your meditation time once you're trained!
1/ Contemplate the flame of a candle
Stare at it and focus on this only.
2/ Imagine you're surrounded by a bubble of light
Choose the color you want, it can be gold, silver, white, purple, blue, pink...Visualize this light all around your body, as infinite.
3/ Visualize colors in your chakras
4/ Focus on breathing
Which method would you like to try first?
Try to be kind and patient with your own beautiful self: say no to pressure, say yes to wellness.
Be Conscious about your words, thoughts and actions. Here are 4 ways to help you:
1/ Honor your choice of words
Try to adopt positive vocabulary and communication. Your thoughts and energy will define the reality you are creating. Avoid undermining words. Find a way to formulate things in a pro-active way for your own sake and others’.
2/ Keep calm and carry on
If you feel you are facing failure, see this as an opportunity to grow and heal. There’s no failure in your life, only experiences. The best is coming! Be convinced about this and be confident about what the future will unfold.
3/ Dive into the unknown
Replace fear with trust. Have faith in what life brings and be confident about your talents.
Replace worries with grounding: “I’m right here, right now, I am in the Present”.
Take 3 deep breaths if you need to, especially in times of stress or anxiety. When you start panicking, recenter and focus on your breathing. You may close your eyes while breathing consciously. After 3 times, open your eyes, ready to welcome what’s in front of you.
4/ Give Love
Feeling irritated or bothered by some people? Send them love! Keep a loving heart. When you feel aggressed by some behaviors, you can visualize a pink bubble around you, infusing in Peace.
